WHO WE ARE

Mentoring Brother 2 Brother (MB2B) is a Dallas, Texas area 501(c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization, founded in 1998 with the primary objective to provide group mentoring to at-risk African American male youth from single female headed households within southern Dallas and surrounding communities.  Currently MB2B does not offer one-on-one mentoring.

MB2B programs are designed as a three-way partnership between the mentee, parent and MB2B in providing a support system that enables the mentee to successfully navigate the challenges of being an African American male youth.  MB2B programs empower at-risk African American male youth between the crucial ages of 6 to 18 with core programs focused on leadership development, academic excellence, spiritual growth, community service, career exploration and life skills.
